We have recently become aware that some businesses have received emails from an individual falsely claiming to represent MixtureWeb and Ryan Churchill.
These emails were not sent by MixtureWeb and are not affiliated with our company in any way. Based on the information available to us, this appears to be an attempt by a third party to use MixtureWeb’s name and reputation to solicit website-related services.
At this time, there is no indication that MixtureWeb systems, websites, hosting services, or client accounts have been compromised. The emails appear to have been sent using publicly available business information and contact details.
If you receive an email regarding website renewals, hosting, maintenance, support services, or other website-related matters and are unsure of its legitimacy, we encourage you to contact MixtureWeb directly before taking any action.
Official communications from Mixture Web are sent through our authorized business channels and will never require you to work through an unknown third party. Emails will always be from mixtureweb.com and not a gmail.
We appreciate those who have brought these emails to our attention and thank our clients and partners for their continued trust.
If you have questions or would like to verify any communication claiming to be from MixtureWeb, please contact us directly.
