These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Mixture Web's services. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment & Refund Policy

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins on all website design, marketing, and graphic design projects.
• Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We require 14 days to resolve any issues. If unresolved, a partial refund may be issued, deducting the hours worked.
• No refunds are given for completed services, including digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and social media management.

2. Revisions & Urgent Requests

• Website Design Revisions: Clients receive 14 days of unlimited changes after the website launch at no additional cost.
• Marketing & Graphic Design Revisions: The number of revisions depends on the service package selected. Additional revisions beyond the package limit may incur an extra fee.
• Rush Requests: Any urgent work requested at a rush rate will incur an additional 30% fee.
• Emergency Work: Any work performed outside normal business hours for website emergencies is charged at $250/hour, subject to prior approval by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary materials (content, images, branding, business information) in a timely manner.
• Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline extensions.
• Excessive changes, new feature requests, or shifts in project scope may incur additional charges at $150/hour.

4. Confidentiality

Both Mixture Web and the Client may share confidential information during the project. Confidential information shall:

• Be identified in writing at the time of sharing.
• Be protected from disclosure to third parties.
• Not include information already public or legally obtained from a third party.

5. Third-Party Services & Subcontracting

• Mixture Web may collaborate with subcontractors or third-party providers to ensure high-quality service and timely project completion.
• Mixture Web is not responsible for third-party service interruptions (e.g., hosting downtime, social media platform issues).

6. Indemnification

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold Mixture Web harmless from any claims, legal actions, or costs arising from materials provided by the client (e.g., copyright issues, unauthorized content use).

7. Copyright & Ownership

• Mixture Web retains copyright ownership of all work until final payment is received.
• Upon full payment, copyright ownership transfers to the client unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement.
• Mixture Web reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Acknowledgment & Usage Rights

• The Client may acknowledge Mixture Web in marketing materials but must not use our name in advertising without prior written approval.
• Mixture Web may feature client projects in its portfolio or case studies unless the Client requests confidentiality.

9. Service-Specific Terms

Website Design & Development

• Website projects follow the package specifications outlined in the service catalog.
• Any custom features or requests beyond the selected package may require an additional quote.

SEO Services

• SEO requires ongoing work for the best results; rankings are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control.
• SEO services follow the pricing and scope as detailed in our service catalog.

Social Media Management

• Engagement levels and growth depend on multiple factors, including algorithm changes and industry trends.
• Content creation, posting frequency, and platform management are based on the package selected.

Graphic Design Services

• Clients will receive final design files upon project completion.
• Source files (e.g., Adobe PSD, AI) may be provided upon request, depending on the package selected.

10. Liability & Performance

• Mixture Web aims to meet all agreed deadlines, but delays caused by client inaction, late content delivery, or third-party issues may affect timelines.
• Mixture Web is not responsible for hosting/server issues, third-party software conflicts, or external security breaches.

11. Agreement Updates

Mixture Web reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
